Fill out both forms. Mail both forms & check to address provided.

FRIDAY

Registration 8a - 5p Hotel Lobby
Door prizes can be viewed in the Banquet Hall.

Gumbo supper/soft drinks 6p - 8p provided.

SATURDAY

Registration 8a - 12p in Hotel Lobby

Three Group Rides with the first leaving out at 8:30 a
(meet location to be annouced).
All rides will end back at the hotel around 1p.

If there is gumbo left over,
it will be provided for lunch for those
not participating in group ride.

CMA Bike Games will be held 2p - 3p

Banquet Hall events 4p - til

Hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans,
slaw or potatoe salad drinks provided.
Cooking to begin at 4p

Begin door prizes drawings, quilt auction and
"First Cut" auction of FO Theresa's hair at 4p.

(Carrie Wyett to do actual hair cut)

Presentation for the rider who rode the furtherest.

Music 6p - 10p at hotel.

Blessing of the Bikes

Please - no glass containers on hotel grounds nor beach!

The Super 8 is adjacent to the rv park and both are about 1/2 east of the Quality Inn.
So very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you!
